  I  bought the Europe map.Now I know that there is Humbolt Universitat 
  near Berlin Dom in Berlin.
 
  By the way,I talk my analysis to you.
  I used multivariate statistacal analysis tools(quantification theory 
  type III and cluster analysis with Ward method) at then.
 
  I picked customer data with Web HP that I made.
  At the first I grasped data trends by their histograms.
  Next I used quantification theory type III to paticular trendency
  categolies and grasped detail data trendencies from categoly scores.
  Next I tried cluster analysis with Ward method to sample scores of type 
  III results.
 
  At the end I classified customers to several patterns.
 
  If it is OK,Let me know your recent analysis.
