当社HP意識調査（その１）
今回、楽天リサーチ株式会社様の協力を得て、当社HPに対する管理職の皆様の意識調査を行った。
一般属性と各論に対する意識調査でマトリクス形式の質問項目とフリーアンサーによる回答を２つ用意した。マトリックス形式の質問項目は、全て非常によい～非常に悪いまでの５段階として、モチベーションの方向性を統一した。
調査対象は、企業の主に管理職の皆様３００名をスクリーニングで選んで対象としました。
構想は、２００７年１２月中旬から１月上旬で、楽天リサーチ㈱様の協力の下に１月１９，２０日にアンケート実施した。
データ取得の作業は、楽天リサーチ㈱様が全て行ってくれて、２１日データ精査、２３日納品としてCSVロウデータと単純集計とクロス集計システム楽クロス用データがあがってきた。
楽クロスを用いると簡単に集計作業が出来るので重宝である。
単純集計やクロス集計でヒストグラムを作り現状の調査と、もう一歩踏み込んで多変量統計解析とくに共分散を用いる分析方法で詳細の調査報告を作ることにした。
数量化理論とかクラスター分析とかを組み合わせてみる。J社の分析で行った方法と同手法でパターン分けとか意識の方向性や強さ弱さを取り出してみることにしている。
